ABOUT US

Jacqueline Figueroa is the founding partner and has many years of litigation and trial experience. Her daughter was born with a disability in the form of a life-threatening food allergy, which the school district simply ignored despite it being a matter of life or death.

The school district dismissed her concerns about the school providing a safe educational environment and her efforts to change protocols surrounding allergens in classrooms. She fought and she won. This firm was born out of Ms. Figueroa's personal experience with the public school system.

She wants to make sure all children get the education they are entitled to under the law. Children should not suffer because a school district refuses to comply with the law.
